Product Description
A split half quarter beef will be approximately 110 pounds of wrapped beef which an equal apportionment of all cuts from the half beef. You have two options as to how the beef will be cut – 1) standard Red River Beef cut, or 2) Red River Beef convenience cut. If you want some special cut, e.g. the flank steak or specialty items such as liver, contact Red River Beef.
