Red River Beef agrees to convey to the purchaser their allocated share(s) of live cow(s) for the sum on their receipt of purchase. It is understood and agreed that all cattle have been fed and finished exclusively on pasture grasses, clovers, alfalfa, and other plants, and have not been administered growth hormones, at any time, nor antibiotics - other than for clinical purposes – or fed feedstocks that contain grains or synthetic supplements.
The purchaser agrees that Red River Beef will act as agent for the purchaser for the purpose of acquiring the rights to live cattle, as well as managing the slaughter and processing to facilities licensed for those purposes. Red River Beef will deliver the final processed meat to the purchaser.
The purchaser and Red River Beef agree that the final purchase amount shall constitute the total cost to the purchaser for the purchase, slaughter, processing and delivery of the beef.
The purchaser agrees that none of the final cuts of beef will be sold to third parties as retail beef.
The purchaser agrees and understands that the final cuts of beef will be an equitable share of all cuts of the processed beef. However it is also understood that the allotted share will be only as close to an equitable share of all cuts as processing will allow.
The purchaser understands that any balance of payment is due upon delivery of the final meat cuts.
