This is a running total of how many people are interested in ordering a 1/8th or 1/12th share from each area. Once your neighborhood market reaches enough reservations to make a whole beef, we’ll have enough interest to be able to delivery these shares to your area.
Once your area adds up to a whole, if you’ve made a convenience beef reservation in that area, we’ll contact you to order your share (the price of your reservation is deducted) and we’ll schedule delivery.
